Right to Withdraw (Right of Withdrawal)
1.1 Withdrawal Period As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract without giving any reason within 14 days. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from:
For service contracts: The day of the conclusion of the contract.
For sales contracts: The day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.
1.2 Exercise of the Right of Withdrawal To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Holistic Health Company, support@holistichealthcompany.nl of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g., a letter sent by post, or email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.
1.3 Effects of Withdrawal If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.
1.4 Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if unsealed after delivery.
Goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized.
Services, if the service has been fully performed with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgment that they will lose their right of withdrawal once the contract has been fully performed.
Return and Refund Policies
2.1 Return Process To return an item, please email customer service at support@holistichealthcompany.nl to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, then mail your return to the following address:

2.2 Refund Process Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
2.3 Return Shipping Costs You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Warranty Information
3.1 Legal Guarantee All products sold by Holistic Health Company are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity as provided for in Articles 7:17-7:20 of the Dutch Civil Code. This means that the product must be fit for the purpose for which it is intended and match the description given.
3.2 Duration of Legal Guarantee The legal guarantee is valid for a period of two years from the date of delivery of the product.
3.3 Your Rights Under the Legal Guarantee If a product is not in conformity with the contract, you have the right to:
Repair or replacement of the product (at your choice), free of charge
Price reduction
Rescission of the contract (in case of a major defect)
3.4 Additional Commercial Warranty In addition to the legal guarantee, we may offer an additional commercial warranty on certain products. The terms and conditions of any additional warranty will be provided with the product at the time of purchase.
Complaints Procedure
4.1 Filing a Complaint If you are not satisfied with our products or services, please contact our customer service department at support@holistichealthcompany.nl. We aim to respond to all complaints within 5 business days.
4.2 Alternative Dispute Resolution In accordance with EU Regulation on consumer ODR, we inform you that you can access the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform at: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/
Digital Content and Digital Services
5.1 Functionality and Interoperability For digital content or digital services, we provide information on their functionality, including applicable technical protection measures, and any relevant interoperability with hardware and software that we are aware of or can reasonably be expected to be aware of.
5.2 Updates We will inform you about any updates, including security updates, that are needed to keep the digital content or digital service in conformity, and provide them to you for the period of time that you may reasonably expect.
